It's a Starbucks- No better or worse than any other, really. I liked that the staff had nametags identifying where they were from! Dominican Republic, Korea, Laos etc. And they were very friendly. The baked goods here are fresh, and hey, sometimes when you're in the hotel for a conference and you have 5 minutes between panels this is the only breakfast you can get! If you don't want Sbucks, the hotel has coffee in the lounge area, but it's even pricier (as in $4 for a cup). I do think this location was more expensive than any other I've been in. Maybe it was my imagination.

Coffee is a lot harder to find than daqueries in this part of town, so Starbucks would have been fine for a fix, this is on the far side of the Marriot lobby, went in at 1:30 in the afternoon and they were already closed, WTF?

Easily accessible and the standard fare of Starbucks that you'd normally expect. No complaints! I parked on the street in the yellow zone while my cohort ran inside for the goods!

eww.. Starbucks. If you have any taste, you will not be caught dead in the green monster while in New Orleans. This one is super tiny, and four blocks to Cafe Du Monde. Go for it. There's also coffee on the third floor of Virgin, two blocks away.

Standard Starbucks experience. This one located inside the Marriott, so be prepared for long lines at peak times, especially during conventions. They do a pretty good job getting people through the line quickly with a small staff, though.

Recently renovated with greater seating capacity Baristas were all most cordial. Indulged and ordered a vanilla latte with whipped cream... enjoying the hot beverage and ignoring the calories. Hee hee.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Pretty much all the same, except for the inventory and the employees. Every morning they were "out" of something I wanted. And they were never particularly apologetic about that. And they all seemed super apathetic. Three stars because caffeine when you're jetlagged and at a boring conference is ALWAYS a minimum of three stars. But certainly no more.

This is a subpar Starbucks which likely only survives on the business of Marriott guests. I waited 15 minutes for my steamed milk which I had to request twice after the baristas forgot it. My pastry was stale. The bathrooms are a bit hidden. Go outside to the hall, turn left passing the guest gift shop, and continue down the hallway.

We came here to get another mug for my ever growing collection of Starbucks mugs! There weren't any mugs out but thankfully after we asked, the man behind the counter said they found a box in the back. Score!! No drinks were bought this time around, but it smelled like any other Starbucks. :)

The line here is way too long and the way the line is lined up is not efficient at all. Just asking for grumpy customers..

As stated before, I love Starbucks! This location is located in the French Quarter so it was very busy most times I went. I visited there about three times during my stay. The first time, I ordered my favorite caramel macchiato which was sweet like I like it; however they forgot to give me my cookie so after waiting in an extremely long line, I had to wait even longer. L On my second trip, I only ordered my favorite drink which was made to perfection again, but the barista was extremely slow so where as the line was not very long at all, I still waited FOREVER! On my third and final trip, the cashier forgot to give my drink order to the barista. I received my breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese, which was mediocre) in a timely manner, I had to bring my forgotten drink to the attention of the barista, who provided my drink (perfect againJ) very quickly. So there were a lot of pros and cons with my experiences here; however it was conveniently located and I would probably visit again if in the area.

First, the cashier took my order rudely while the guy in front of me was still signing his receipt blocking me. Then, the barista made the wrong order (would help if they marked the cups as most Starbucks do?!) and blamed me I picked up the wrong drink. I think there was nobody waiting for an order on front of me? Remade the right order but it was watered down and still didn't taste like what I ordered. Maybe I should have stuck with the wrong order as it tasted better. At any rate, such an "I don't care" entitlement attitude. I.e. I can do a terrible job and still get a paycheck. Amazing.

Terrible baristas. This place was a dumpy little corner off the street with a weird area feel. I wouldn't go in here again if I were dying for caffeine. I just can't believe that Starbucks hires workers like this. Boy have their standards fallen.

Expensive pricing, mediocre attitude of staff. Not on par with Sheraton standards, yet it sits in the lobby.

A small Starbucks inside the Sheraton Hotel. It's the closest Starbucky near where we were staying on Bourbon St. It has a limited amt of tables. The register person was very nice. All I wanted was a Starbucks mug so can't comment on how they make their coffee.

This is a franchise store so don't expect the usual VERYGOOD experience. I guess mobile scanners are only available in Company stores.. Folks in franchise stores are just simply not trained as well as co stores

I much prefer this Starbucks then the one on Canal Place! Had to wait for someone here and the worse thing I can say about the place is that it would have been nice if someone had wiped the tables down at some time in the 90 minutes I was there.
